I used to love smoked salmon but then decided to become vegetarian. Zalmon almost replaces my smoked salmon craves and I also feel great eating a vegetable rather than fish. I use it in most of my smoked salmon recipes and have had good feedback about it. Keep up the good work!
Great taste and texture. Very versatile in a whole range of meals from around the world, but none better than in sushi. Worth remembering when balancing ingredients that it's not nutritionally a substitute for fish as it's low in protein, so you still want your tempeh, seitan or tofu, beans etc to hand. Brilliant product and of course stays fresh a lot longer than salmon.

Not what I expected but very pleasant
Zalmon is a fantastic product and holds the texture if used for cooking (in fact I made a great pasta dish with it by just adding garlic, chopped-up capers and parsley as well as a splash of soy cream).
It’s great in bagels as well.
I had bought it before and I will definitely keep on buying it!
